Your use of this service is conditional on your acceptance with our Terms. The Terms apply to you and any other person you share access to this service with and includes your acceptance of total liability for any changes applied to the available data within this service .
By using the VTO Ultimate Client Portal you agree to be bound by our Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not access the Portal.

termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Client Portal without prior notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breach our Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
